As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging passive candidates, building proactive talent pipelines, and conducting initial qualification screens. You will work closely with senior TA Partners on critical searches and be measured by the caliber of talent you surface. Identifying and engaging passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, building and maintaining proactive pipelines focused on passive and hard-to-reach talent.
Partnering directly with senior Talent Acquisition Partners on critical searches, and being measured by the caliber of talent surfaced.
Developing and iterating sourcing models for difficult or specialized roles, and recommending new techniques to improve pipeline quality and volume.
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning
Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations
Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency
Experience sourcing technical or hard-to-fill roles — engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, or construction / AEC
4+ years of sourcing experience with demonstrated independent sourcing on specialized roles
Hands-on use of AI sourcing and outreach tooling at volume
Experience in a high-volume or search-firm environment
