Onboarding Operator

Join Planet as an Onboarding Operator, where you'll manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process across multiple IT platforms and internal departments. You'll provide excellent customer service, resolve queries, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvements. • Gestionar el proceso de incorporación de comerciantes de principio a fin, asegurando una experiencia de configuración fluida y oportuna.
• Actuar como punto de contacto clave, combinando un fuerte servicio al cliente con la colaboración interfuncional para resolver consultas y mantener la integridad de los datos.
• Colaborar con partes interesadas internas para garantizar el mejor servicio y experiencia para los clientes que atendemos.
• You will have a strong understanding of the integrated payments world
• Previous experience within Fintech, payments, POS or Tax Free industry is an added asset
• You will be a strong team player
• Well organized and able to work to tight deadlines
