Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships

Join Planet as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, where you will manage partnerships with various technology and solution providers in the retail and hospitality sectors. You will leverage your strong understanding of the Oracle ecosystem to identify new opportunities and drive joint value. Your strategic thinking and ability to connect technology, partnerships, and business growth will be essential in shaping successful go-to-market initiatives. You will also develop commercial partnerships, support partners in onboarding and support, and collaborate with various teams to drive partnership awareness and engagement campaigns.

• Manage and grow strategic partnerships with a focus on technology and solution providers in the Retail and Hospitality sectors.
• Analyze the payments ecosystem to identify potential new partners and develop compelling business cases for their integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and support for partners and their merchants.
• You are comfortable in a flexible, dynamic and high paced environment
• Good understanding of the Hospitality/Retail and Payments industries
• You collaborate, engage in a respectful manner focusing on customer needs
• Strategic thinking – understanding and articulating the big picture and how Planet fits into this picture. You monitor the changes in the competitive landscape and the reviews by the industry analysts to understand market trends
• Excellent and well evidenced commercial instincts. You can demonstrate a proven track of business delivery from the accounts/partners you have managed
• Ability to prioritize and focus on tasks that drive highest level of commercial value
• Experience managing sizable Partners up to a senior engagement level
• Fluent English speaker, with a second language preferred. Experience working in and navigating a global company
• Energy and drive – bouncing ideas off other people, asking questions, and being keen to learn
