Head of IT & Procurement

Join Deliverect, a leading B2B SaaS company, as the Head of IT & Procurement. In this pivotal role, you will lead our global IT infrastructure and vendor management strategy, optimizing internal operations and ensuring our teams have the secure tools they need to succeed. You will execute a global IT strategy, own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, establish data governance frameworks, build asset management models, and support our global team. Fluency in English and 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Systems Engineering are required.

• Lead the global IT infrastructure and vendor management strategy, optimizing internal operations and ensuring the provision of secure tools for global teams.
• Design and execute strategies to streamline global hardware provisioning, negotiate SaaS contracts, and manage the end-to-end software and hardware procurement lifecycle.
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across all internal systems, and partner with the Security team to implement robust security policies.

• Core Experience: 8+ years of experience in an IT Operations, Procurement, or Systems Engineering role. You must have proven experience in a B2B SaaS company during a rapid growth phase and demonstrable experience supporting a global workforce
• Problem-Solving: You are a data-driven strategist who can devise high-level strategy and is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build a workflow or debug a technical issue. You can rally people around a clear vision and build pragmatic solutions
