Founding AI Deployment Manager - US Market

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and implementing clients, owning the post-sale process, building the US ops playbook, and being the founding operator in the US market. You will have a direct impact on transforming the patient-provider relationship and shaping the future of healthcare.

• Déployer et mettre en œuvre les premiers clients américains de Vocca, en assurant leur succès (tout sauf les ventes : mise en œuvre, succès, gestion de compte).
• Construire le playbook des opérations aux États-Unis, en documentant l'intégration, les configurations et les processus pour rendre la fonction reproductible et évolutive.
• Assumer la responsabilité opérationnelle de tout ce qui suit la vente aux États-Unis, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le PDG et le responsable des ventes.
