Billing & Collections Specialist

Join our Finance team as a Billing & Collections Specialist. In this role, you will manage the entire sales financial lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing, monitoring accounts receivable aging, and maintaining data accuracy in our ERP system. You will liaise with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support deal execution and cash collection. This is a full-time position based in London with a hybrid work model.

• Excellent Excel and data management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and billing platforms
• Location: Ability to work in a hybrid model 3+ days per week from our office in London
• 2-4 years of experience in AR, billing, or finance operations, preferably in a global/hi-tech SaaS environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
