About The Role

Join our team as a Data Compliance Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure our organization meets all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. You will work closely with all departments, keep up to date on regulatory changes, draft and review contracts, manage outside counsel, and oversee statutory filings. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and interact with state and federal regulators. Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor compliance related to various laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state and federal privacy laws.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on issues related to website and product development, marketing, and business partnerships.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
Strong business acumen
Excellent legal and business judgment, critical thinking, and drafting skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proven success navigating digital marketing regulatory environments is preferred, but not required
