About The Role

Join our team as a Solutions Architect, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical initiatives. You will provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, design scalable software systems, leverage AI for optimization, implement cloud-native solutions, and integrate Twilio's communication APIs. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Design and architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems that meet the evolving needs of the marketplace.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Leverage AI to optimize internal workflows and accelerate the workforce, including the development of machine learning models for various tasks.
This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions
Proven ability to design and architect scalable, distributed systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to software development
Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
10+ years of experience in software development
Experience with complex distributed systems
Experience working in an insurance marketplace or related field
Familiarity with Twilio's communication products
Contributions to open-source projects or communities
