About The Role

Join our team as a Junior Cloud System Engineer, where you will support cloud operations, application maintenance, and security governance across enterprise platforms. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, manage cloud infrastructure, contribute to documentation and knowledge management, implement security best practices, and identify improvement opportunities. This is a partially remote position based in Perugia, Italy, with a salary range of €23,000–€27,000 per year.

  • Support cloud operations, application maintenance, and security governance across enterprise platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, document and track customer interactions, and manage cloud services.
  • Implement and promote cloud security best practices, contribute to the standardization of security processes.

**Required skills**

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and operating systems in general;
  • Understanding of Cloud principles;
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles;
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and SAP IAS authentication systems;
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles;
  • Knowledge of networking and communications;
  • Knowledge of monitoring platforms;
  • English language advanced communication skills.

**Nice to have**

  • Knowledge of the French and/or Spanish languages is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform architecture and/or admin knowledge;
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O architecture and/or admin knowledge
  • Azure certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure Dev Ops Engineer,…) ;
  • Cybersecurity certifications
  • **Previous Experience**
  • Minimal experience in the role: internship or up to 1–2 years in infrastructure, cloud operations, application support or IT administration is appreciated.

  • Position is open for our office in Perugia (PG) - Italy – Partially remote job position – late hours availability may be requested.
  • Salary range: €23,000–€27,000 per year.
