About The Role

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will work directly with top-tier institutional clients on implementation and integration projects, providing technical support and guidance during product adoption. You will play a key role in creating a smooth onboarding experience for our clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with top-tier institutional clients on implementation and integration projects, handling the technical aspects of onboarding and guiding clients during product adoption.
Develop, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure on-time and effective delivery of complex implementation and integration projects, while managing technical implementation risks and issues.
Provide technical and integration assistance and direction to clients on all components of the Versana platform, including APIs, and create client-facing technical documentation on Versana integration.

Technical expertise in SQL
Independent self-starter requiring little supervision to complete tasks and projects
5+ years experience with system integration
5+ years implementation experience
Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment while driving results
Strong knowledge of APIs, micro services and cloud solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in Loan Syndications
