About The Role

Join Roebling as the Vice President of Product, where you will shape and execute the strategy for our suite of digital and supporting products. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience to deliver best-in-class B2B tools and platforms. Your responsibilities will include leading the full product lifecycle, developing monetization and pricing strategies, analyzing key performance indicators, conducting market research, designing cohesive customer journeys, managing external resources, and optimizing internal processes.   • 7+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and managing digital products across the product lifecycle
  • Experience working with outsourced developers, designers, and external resources to deliver high-quality products
  • Willingness to dive into the details, including code or design, to ensure successful product execution
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and scaling B2B products, ideally for technical or engineering users in domains such as process engineering, chemical/industrial engineering, or capital project development
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to track and improve key product metrics
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
