You will collaborate closely with Product and Sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies and build a high-performing product marketing function.

  • Partner closely with Product and Sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies, equip the field to win, and build a high-performing product marketing function.
  • Lead the development of positioning and messaging, and drive adoption through high-impact launches, resulting in measurable pipeline growth and improved win rates.
  • You bring deep expertise in product marketing within EV charging, cleantech, or adjacent industries, along with a proven track record of building and scaling PMM functions
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, creating compelling positioning, enabling sales teams, and driving adoption through high-impact launches
  • You are highly collaborative, operate with urgency, and leverage AI tools to increase speed and scale of output, resulting in measurable pipeline growth, improved win rates, and strong market presence
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning and messaging directly
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Proven experience building and leading product marketing functions
  • Deep familiarity with EV charging or adjacent energy/cleantech markets, including buyers, sales cycles, and competitors
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches across multiple segments
  • Background in competitive intelligence development and sales enablement
  • Ability to present to analysts, press, and customers as a credible industry voice
  • Experience managing and developing product marketing teams
  • Proficiency using AI tools for research, content creation, and analysis
