Senior Project Manager - Critical Building - Italia (Milan)

• Participate in the creation and structuring of CRITICAL BUILDING Italy, contributing to commercial and operational development.
• Analyze and formalize client requirements, review and validate technical documentation, and support clients in technical choices.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, lead design and coordination meetings, and monitor quality, timelines, and costs.

### Role Requirements

• Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or similar)
• At least 10 years of experience in complex multidisciplinary projects
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical buildings/facilities
• Skills in HVAC, electrical systems, commissioning, and project management
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and rigor
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus)
• Willingness to travel
