Join SpotHero, a fast-growing startup in the transportation industry, as a Legal Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal & Compliance Team, managing financial aspects, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with various departments and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization.

• Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of processes, practices, and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal & Compliance Team.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency through automation and process development, and work closely with other business functions to implement improvements.
• Provide financial management to the Legal & Compliance Team by processing invoices, monitoring budget constraints, and identifying spending trends.
• Ability to work independently, with appropriate oversight, as well as part of a team of attorneys and business professionals
• 3+ years of legal operations experience or 5+ years of operations experience and an interest in the legal field
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Detail-oriented problem solver who works well in a team environment and has excellent communication skills
• Self-starter, with high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with tight (but reasonable) deadlines
• Excited to work in a start-up environment and to grow with the team
• Experience with e-commerce or technology company
• Experience working in or closely with an in-house legal team
• Project management certification
• Expertise in using Excel/Google Sheets/Google Docs/PowerPoint
• Experience utilizing tools like OneTrust, Carta, Ironclad, and Jira
• Experience with e-billing systems
