About The Role
Join SpotHero, a leading consumer brand in the parking industry, as a mid-level Product Designer. In this role, you will build the core garage-facing product, helping garage operators grow their business. You will create holistic design solutions, communicate design rationale, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create holistic design solutions that address business and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collect and react to user feedback, and formulate and test hypotheses based on user research and behavioral analytics.
- Design user flows, design documentation, prototypes, high-fidelity mocks, and other UX deliverables, and create thoughtful A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Are a self-starter who actively seeks the “why” in order to make the SpotHero experience easy and enjoyable to use
- Are a solid communicator possessing strong presentation and verbal & written communication skills
- Demand a collaborative environment
- Are passionate about user-centered design
- Believe design has a scientific intent, and you can measure your success based on the business value you create
- Exceptionally organized and very comfortable working with engineering and product managers
- Are excited to conduct usability tests, talk to users in the field, conduct A/B tests, and share learnings with the organization
- Embrace iterative development
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding of responsive web design, iOS, and Android best practices
- Know how to navigate through the unknown
- Have a portfolio that showcases your design process & thinking
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of professional experience designing for B2B products
- Solid understanding of the design process, information architecture, usability, and heuristics
- Must have a firm understanding of different UI constructs
- Experience using different research methodologies
- Ability to meet and communicate deadlines
- Knowledge and efficiency with the design tool Figma
- Issue and Project Tracking Software (Jira preferred)
- Design Documentation software (Figma preferred)
- A/B Testing Platform (Optimizely preferred)

- Product Analytics Software (Mixpanel preferred)
