HR/People Operations Specialist

Join Netomi as an HR/People Operations Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in supporting and scaling our People function. This high-impact position involves managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR systems and data, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting recruiting operations. You'll work closely with the People team, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience and help build a scalable, efficient, and employee-centric People function.

• Gestionar los procesos de ciclo de vida del empleado, incluyendo la incorporación, la desvinculación y las transiciones internas.
• Coordinar y entregar experiencias de incorporación sin problemas para los nuevos empleados, y colaborar con los gerentes de contratación y equipos interfuncionales.
• Mantener y gestionar el sistema de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) y otros sistemas de recursos humanos, generando informes y paneles de control.

• Experience with HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Justworks, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
• Interest in People analytics, systems, and process improvement
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
• Exposure to compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility is key
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams
