About The Role

Join Netomi as a Partner Solutions Architect, where you'll play a critical role in driving revenue through enterprise deals and partner ecosystems. You'll work closely with the Alliances team to advance deals, enable partners, and bring Netomi's platform to life in customer environments. This role requires a hands-on builder and front-line technical seller who can lead POCs, write and review code, and translate complex architectures into clear business value for executive stakeholders. You'll also serve as the primary technical partner to SIs and technology partners, develop and deliver partner training, and lead technical sales cycles.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams across architecture, integrations, and deployment.
  • Lead and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO.
  • Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • 6–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles
  • Highly skilled at creating repeatable technical assets for partners, and understands how to smoothly hand-off to Customer Success and other delivery teams
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Scalable system design and integrations
  • Ability to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live, high-pressure deal environments
  • Strong understanding of:
  • AI/ML or LLM-based systems (preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and building real-world solutions/POCs
  • Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience working with partners and SIs in co-sell motions
  • A credible executive communicator—you can confidently present to C-suite stakeholders and simplify complex ideas
  • Energized by working at the intersection of technology, sales, and partners
  • Commercially minded—you understand this role exists to drive revenue and close deals
  • Thrive in ambiguity—you can move quickly from whiteboard → working solution → closed deal quickly
  • Strong sense of ownership—you step into gaps and push deals forward without waiting for direction
  • A technical builder—you’re comfortable writing code, troubleshooting integrations, and getting hands-on in POCs
