Product Lead (Inpatient)

Join Ambience, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Product Lead for our Inpatient Clinical Workflows. In this senior product management role, you will be responsible for two key product pillars: Inpatient Scribe and Chart Summarization. You will work closely with engineering, design, Clinical AI/ML, and GTM teams to transform how hospitalists and specialists document, synthesize, and act on clinical information. This position is based in San Francisco and requires being in the office three times a week.

• Defining and executing the roadmap for the Inpatient Scribe documentation experience, ensuring it meets the unique complexities of inpatient care.
• Owning the product vision and roadmap for Patient Summary and Chart Chat, enhancing the summarization experience for hospitalists and specialists.
• Partnering with Engineering and Clinical AI/ML teams to adapt ambient capture and note generation models to inpatient-specific language patterns.
• 3+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a vertical product line or platform, including roadmap and end-to-end product experience
• Based in SF, available to be in the office 3x/week
• Experience driving adoption in complex enterprise environments with multi-persona buying committees
• Strong technical fluency - comfort with AI/ML products, API integrations, and complex system design
• Track record of rapidly building deep domain expertise in a complex, unfamiliar domain
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience (a plus, not a requirement - we hire on scorecard competencies, not domain pedigree)
• Experience with ambient AI, NLP, clinical documentation, or chart summarization technology
• Prior 0-to-1 product vertical experience
