Staff Product Designer

Join our team as a Staff Product Designer, where you will own and accelerate the end-to-end user experience across our Clinical AI products. You will drive key product initiatives from whiteboard to launch, partnering closely with engineering, product, clinical experts, and our customers. Your responsibilities will include understanding our users, driving clarity in ambiguity, building scalable design systems, mentoring designers, and acting like an owner. You should have experience in designing for clinicians, healthcare systems, or complex enterprise users, and have a track record of mentoring other designers or helping shape design organizations.

• Obsess over the user experience, especially for high-stakes, high-friction workflows
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners alike (engineers, clinicians, execs)
• Operate with speed, experimentation, and a bias toward action
• Experience designing for clinicians, healthcare systems, or complex enterprise users
• Hands-on experience with front-end styling or contributing to a design system repo
• A track record of mentoring other designers or helping shape design orgs from the ground up
