About The Role
Join Nexthink, a leading provider of digital experience management solutions. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing hands-on presales support to new and existing customers. You will become a subject matter expert on the Nexthink platform and engage with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management. This is a field-based role requiring domestic travel to client sites across the Northeast Region.
- Support the local sales territory in exceeding revenue goals by providing hands-on presales support to new and existing customers.
- Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to understand business priorities and align your work with the needs of the local market.
- Run and facilitate value-based workshops that help prospects fully understand how Nexthink addresses their strategic priorities and major challenges.
- A team player who thrives on finding solutions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
- An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, with the judgment to know when to escalate
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business
- Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-, release-, or change-related projects
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the presence to engage senior leaders and executives
- Experience serving as a key technical resource introducing new technology into a new market
- Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions
- Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines
- ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines
- Strong business acumen — able to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions
