Project Manager

Join Buddywise as a Project Manager, where you will lead global deployments and scaling of our AI software for major enterprise clients. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large deployments, bridge the gap between tech and reality, and ensure seamless deployment of both software and hardware components. Your success will be measured by the timely and efficient rollout of our solutions, strong alignment between product/tech teams and enterprise partners, and the establishment of highly scalable deployment models.

• Lead the global deployments and scaling of Buddywise for major enterprise clients, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of large deployments.
• Drive vendor negotiations, establish robust network connectivity solutions, and oversee the installation and adoption of the system in client facilities.
• Manage the physical component of solutions, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and setting up reliable blueprints for power, internet connectivity, and physical edge computing devices.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Cross-functional translation skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical software teams and operational field workers
• 5+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, or deployment operations, ideally managing both software and physical hardware rollouts
• Vendor and hardware experience with a strong background in procurement, supply chain scaling, and negotiating hardware or connectivity solutions
• Hands-on mentality with the willingness and ability to travel to industrial sites to oversee deployments, test workflows, and gather direct feedback
• Startup readiness with experience operating effectively in scale-up environments where resources are limited and priorities move quickly
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives, client phases, and priorities simultaneously
• Proven track record of managing complex, phased deployments in dynamic, real-world environments (e.g., construction sites, industrial facilities, or large-scale infrastructure)
• Are humble and comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is needed to move the business forward
• Follow through on commitments and take pride in seeing things through to completion
• Experience deploying computer vision, AI, or IoT solutions in industrial or construction environments
• Care deeply about business outcomes and are willing to go the extra mile to help the company grow
• Take ownership naturally and don't wait for someone else to tell you what to do or how to solve the problem
• Learn quickly and enjoy becoming an expert in new products, industries, and customer challenges
• Background in hardware setups or network connectivity solutions
