You'll also troubleshoot implementation challenges, serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for strategic accounts, and contribute to documentation and best practices. This role is ideal for someone who loves going deep on customer problems, can navigate technical complexity, and wants to directly shape how customers experience Orb.

  • Ownership of the technical post-sales journey, from initial implementation through go-live and beyond.
  • Leading implementation kickoffs and technical discovery to understand customer pricing models, data architecture, and integration requirements.
  • Building trusted relationships with customer engineering, finance, and product teams, and serving as the ongoing technical point of contact for strategic accounts.

  • Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical architecture
  • You see problems through to resolution and take accountability for customer outcomes, not just deliverables
  • Track record of owning customer relationships through implementation and onboarding
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration concepts—you can read API docs, debug integration issues, and explain technical tradeoffs to customers
