Senior Platform Engineer

Join Orb as a Senior Platform Engineer, where you'll build the platform that enables our engineers and AI agents to ship quickly and safely. You'll own and evolve our developer platform, build application-platform primitives, improve developer-facing observability, and push forward our investment in AI-assisted development. This is a high-autonomy role on a small and growing team, with room to shape both the technical direction and how AI-assisted development works at Orb. • You take open-ended, ambiguous problems, define them yourself, and drive multi-quarter initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar), containers, and CI/CD
• Excited about AI-assisted and agent-driven development, and want to help define what it looks like in a real engineering organization
• You've built platforms other engineers rely on, and you care about their reliability and day-to-day experience
