Staff Software Engineer (Real Time Analytics)

Join Orb as a Staff Software Engineer in Real Time Analytics. In this foundational role, you'll work at the intersection of infrastructure and product, building the system that customers rely on for real-time consumption tracking, entitlement checks, and proactive alerts. You'll own the product surface end to end, shape the roadmap, and collaborate across teams. • Concevoir et expédier des alertes et des analyses qui sont granulaires, flexibles et suffisamment rapides pour respecter les SLA de latence contractuels.

• Comfortable designing APIs and data models that other teams and customers depend on
• Energized by ambiguity and ownership — you want a say in what gets built, not just how
• Strong product instincts and genuine customer empathy; you like being close to customers and to the business impact of your work (this is revenue-adjacent, and people trust these numbers)
• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning products or systems end to end
