About The Role

Join our team as an Associate Account Manager, where you will support Account Managers in maximizing and protecting revenue for your account portfolio. You will manage smaller dollar transactions, generate and mature the pipeline for your customer portfolio, and coordinate consulting services. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and prepare for renewals. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Aligning with Account Managers to determine strategy for account portfolio and maximize revenue.
Management of smaller dollar transactions, including the creation and delivery of change orders.
Generating and maturing pipeline for customer portfolio through customer interactions and campaigns.
