Chief of Staff (Engineering)

Join Kyriba, the global leader in treasury and finance solutions, as the Chief of Staff (Engineering). In this strategic role, you will work closely with the CTO and executive leadership to shape the strategy and operations of the engineering organization. You will have the authority to drive decisions, lead cross-organizational initiatives, and influence the trajectory of the engineering organization. This position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work schedule.

• Serve as a daily thought partner on strategic decisions, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
• Prepare Board of Directors presentations on engineering strategy, draft strategic memos and decision documents for the executive team.
• Coordinate response to major customer escalations requiring engineering intervention, acting as the "chief problem solver" for high-priority issues.
