Customer Trust Lead

Join Emburse, an industry leader in Financial SaaS software, as a Customer Trust Lead. In this specialized role, you will manage the customer-facing security and compliance due diligence function, supporting all customer-facing teams and enabling the renewal cycle. You will own the full lifecycle of security questionnaires, DDQs, and vendor risk assessments, and serve as the internal subject matter expert on Emburse's security and compliance posture. Additionally, you will partner with Security, Legal, and Product teams to validate responses and identify gaps.

• Gestionar el ciclo completo de cuestionarios de seguridad, DDQs y evaluaciones de riesgo de proveedores, manejando aproximadamente 500 compromisos anualmente.
• Mantener y mejorar continuamente una biblioteca de contenido de alta calidad en RFPIO y SafeBase que refleje las posiciones actuales y aprobadas de Emburse.
• Servir como experto interno en la postura de seguridad y cumplimiento de Emburse, actuando como enlace directo con el CISO y el DPO.
• Experience managing high-volume security questionnaire or DDQ workflows, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage a large concurrent workload independently
• Familiarity with public sector or regulated industry requirements (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC) is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with RFPIO or a comparable questionnaire automation platform
• Experience administering or contributing to a Trust Center platform (SafeBase, Vanta, Drata, OneTrust, Whistic, or similar) is preferred, but not required
• 5+ years in information security compliance, vendor risk, customer trust, or a closely related function
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SCCs, SIG, CSA CAIQ, GDPR, and CCPA
• Background in T&E, fintech, or multi-product SaaS is preferred, but not required
• Exceptional written communication skills – precise, defensible, and audience-aware
