About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll lead sourcing and closing strategies, influence organizational goals, and drive impactful recruiting programs. This role requires managing ambiguity, delivering independently, and fostering an inclusive environment while significantly impacting hiring goals, processes, and cross-regional initiatives.

Own projects, sourcing, and closing plans, and influence one or more organizational goals.
Lead scalable and complex sourcing and closing strategies, solving ambiguous problems.
Foster an environment prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and empathy, and actively mentor and develop others.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years in recruiting
Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations
Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects effectively
Experience in driving process improvements and adoption of new tools and methodologies
Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills
Excellent communication skills across diverse areas and audiences
Preferred: experience supporting university partnership and early career program
Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment
