About The Role
Join our team as a Web Experience Manager, where you will be responsible for building, updating, and publishing web pages using established templates and CMS structures. You will drive search performance, optimize site structure and content for discoverability, and ensure website security and operational integrity. You will also manage the website backlog, prioritize work based on business impact, and serve as the primary point of contact for website-related initiatives. This is a remote or in-office position with flexible hours and a flexible vacation policy.

- While you understand underlying web technologies, your strength lies in applying that knowledge to build, manage, and optimize within platforms like Webflow or WordPress, where speed, structure, and scalability matter
- You approach web development as more than page creation and site maintenance; you understand how a website functions as a core growth and engagement system that drives demand
- You think critically about how pages perform, how users navigate the site, how data is captured, and how incremental improvements affect conversion, and you are comfortable owning both execution and optimization: building, testing, refining, and maintaining a site that is reliable, performant, and continuously improving
- You bring a balance of technical discipline and marketing awareness, with the ability to work effectively within modern CMS and visual development environments
- Strong experience with Webflow and/or WordPress development
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proven experience managing a website as a business-critical channel
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Experience implementing SEO and AEO (AI-driven search optimization) strategies
- Experience with analytics, tracking, and performance monitoring tools
- Ability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions
- Experience supporting B2B marketing or SaaS organizations
- Experience integrating websites with CRM and marketing systems
- 4–7+ years of experience owning, building and optimizing modern websites
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Experience working within CMS and component-based systems
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals well enough to improve conversion, usability, navigation, readability, and engagement
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
