Senior Technical Sourcer

• Demonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets
• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains
• Experience sourcing for Systems Engineering, AV Safety, or Leadership roles
• Proven success building diverse candidate pipelines
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing workflows and increase pipeline throughput
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, Gem, and other recruiting automation tools
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities
