About The Role
Join our team as a Staff Product Manager, where you will drive high-impact initiatives and work closely with various departments to build products that enhance our operations and support our Autonomous Vehicles. You will empathize with users, inform the roadmap, build tools to scale, and be a force multiplier in defining and communicating product goals. - Influential Communicator: You are skilled at collecting input from, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Customer-Driven: You develop deep empathy for your customer, fully internalize their needs, and have a strong intuition about the best ways to meet them
- Technically Fluent: You have experience building tools with engineers and can be the technical representative in conversations without engineers
- Data-Driven: You can extract important insights from whatever data is available, even if it is sparse or imperfect. You highlight valuable data we don’t have and how to collect it
- Trusted Partner: You know what is blocking your engineers, and how you can make their lives easier. Engineers instinctively turn to you for guidance and clarity
- Strategic: You know the value and priority level for every product you are working on and every feature you propose - both to your customer, and to the business overall
