About The Role
Join Nuro, a leading robotics company, as a Staff Program Manager in the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will lead the execution of critical programs, including Nuro's robotaxi partnership. You will work across engineering, business, and external partner teams to set goals, track milestones, resolve issues, and keep complex work moving forward. You will also build and maintain clear program plans, milestones, risks, and dependency tracking, and create clear updates for leaders and stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, practical, and comfortable operating at different levels of detail.
- Lead the execution of critical programs, such as Nuro’s robotaxi partnership, by working across engineering, business, and external partner teams.
- Own program management for one or more of Nuro’s most important partnership programs, including defining goals, aligning on priorities, and driving execution.
- Build and maintain clear program plans, milestones, risks, and dependency tracking, while coordinating across engineering, product, operations, business, and partner teams.
- We are looking for someone excited about autonomy, enjoys working on technical topics, and knows how to create simplicity and clarity in complex situations
- The role is a good fit for someone who is highly organized, practical, and comfortable operating at different levels of detail—from solving day-to-day operational issues to helping communicate progress to senior partner leaders
- Experience driving execution in ambiguous environments with limited structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning unfamiliar technical concepts quickly
- Comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and focus teams on what matters most
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, business operations, or related roles
