About The Role

Join our team as the Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead, where you will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner within the Office of the President. In this highly visible position, you will advance key enterprise initiatives, optimize commercial operating processes, and partner closely with various teams to drive critical initiatives. You will also monitor key business metrics, establish scalable processes, and enhance executive and board-level reporting. This role requires exceptional communication skills, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Oversee and optimize commercial operating processes across revenue-generating functions, and build frameworks to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Strategy teams to advance critical initiatives, and monitor key business metrics.
  • Direct and enhance executive and board-level reporting, including the preparation of board materials, earnings packages, and shareholder letter inputs.
  • This role is ideal for a professional who combines top-tier strategic problem-solving with exceptional operational execution
  • The successful candidate will bring experience supporting senior leadership or driving large-scale initiatives within banking, payments, fintech, broader financial services, or adjacent ecosystems, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizations and high-growth environments
  • 6+ years of experience across strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, financial services, fintech, or payments
  • Deep attention to detail paired with long-term strategic thinking
  • Location: New York, NY (In-Office 5 days per week)
  • Highly analytical with strong financial and operational acumen
  • High degree of ownership, urgency, discretion, and accountability
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following sectors: Consumer banking, Payments, Fintech, Lending, Financial infrastructure, Investment Banking, or Integrated B2B Solutions
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience directly supporting or interfacing with senior executive leaders (e.g., CEO, President, CRO, or equivalent enterprise leaders)
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and operational transformation efforts
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Strong foundational background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable, clear recommendations
  • Experience operating effectively in high-growth or highly-matrixed organizations
  • Strong project management and organizational leadership capabilities
