Senior Lead/Director of Capital Markets Strategy & Execution

Join our team as the Senior Lead/Director of Capital Markets Strategy & Execution. In this role, you will optimize our enterprise funding platform, drive cross-functional execution, and help scale the organization. You will lead high-priority initiatives, support strategic rating agency initiatives, drive market development, and implement process automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong mastery of structured finance and debt funding concepts, proven leadership skills, and 7+ years of experience in capital markets or a related financial services field.

• Lead and manage high-priority capital markets strategic projects from problem definition through to full implementation, ensuring cross-functional execution and alignment.
• Support strategic rating agency initiatives and manage relationships across investment banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies to enhance institutional preparedness.
• Drive initiatives focused on tracking and improving secondary market liquidity across relevant ABS shelves, developing frameworks to monitor market liquidity and provide updates to the executive team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Domain Expertise: Strong mastery of structured finance and debt funding concepts (ABS, warehouse facilities, forward flow, private credit, and debt documentation)
• Leadership & Drive: Proven ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment
• Experience: 7+ years in capital markets, structured finance, securitization, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related financial services field
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Intex, cash flow models, collateral performance analysis, and strong overall financial modeling capabilities
• Asset Class Knowledge: Deep experience with consumer finance/fintech lending platforms and consumer ABS asset classes (e.g., personal loans, auto loans, credit cards, BNPL)
