Investor Relations Associate

Join Swisseon, a fast-growing venture capital firm, as an Investor Relations Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the Partners to develop and expand the firm's investor network, raise capital for investment opportunities, and manage the fundraising process. You will also organize and participate in investor meetings, maintain relationships with existing investors, and collaborate with the investment team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in investor relations or a similar business development role, a strong commercial mindset, and excellent relationship-building skills.

**What we're looking for**

• 3–7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Venture Capital fundraising, Fund Sales, Capital Raising, Asset Management Sales or a similar business development role.
• Strong commercial mindset with a genuine hunter mentality.
• Existing network of professional investors, family offices, wealth managers or institutional clients is a significant advantage.
• Good understanding of the Venture Capital ecosystem, startup investing and private markets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance environment with direct exposure to senior leadership.
• Fluency in English is essential; French is highly desirable. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong asset.
