• Drive the financial analysis and modeling behind Strava's subscription business, focusing on revenue and marketing investments.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, influencing decisions at the executive level.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations for senior management.
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and manages competing priorities in a high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial information for a range of audiences
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience building and maintaining driver-based models

• 4+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, such as corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
