Diagnose and resolve ambiguous, cross-stack technical problems, driving measurable impact on critical initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and senior individual contributors to identify and proactively address recurring product and technical opportunities.
Set technical direction and lead high-risk work, acting as a trusted agent of change within teams and across the organization.
A prior tiger-team, fixer, or SWAT-style role at scale is a plus
A track record of entering unscoped, cross-team technical problems and driving them to resolution
Experience navigating a recently acquired or integrated organization is a plus
The ability to influence and drive change without formal authority
Senior technical judgment: you set direction, earn the trust of leadership, and operate well in ambiguity
Genuine full-stack range, with the ability to operate in systems you didn't build
