Lead Product Manager (Point-of-Sale)

Join Unzer, a leading payment service provider, as the Lead Product Manager for our Point-of-Sale (POS) product. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our POS product, working closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and customers. You will take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities, and collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure smooth integration with our SaaS and back-office solutions. • Drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the POS product, ensuring it meets customer needs and business goals.
• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities for the POS product, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Gather feedback from users, internal teams, and stakeholders to continuously improve the product experience, and monitor product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Product ownership: Experience managing a digital product from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
• Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into a clear product roadmap
• POS or SaaS experience: Understanding of point-of-sale systems, payments, retail, hospitality, or vertical SaaS products is a strong advantage
• Problem-solving skills: Comfortable analyzing complex challenges and making informed decisions based on data and customer insights
• Team collaboration: Experience working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and adjusting priorities when market or customer needs change
• Communication skills: Able to explain ideas clearly, align stakeholders, and listen carefully to feedback from teams and users
• Leadership: Ability to guide priorities, influence decisions, and support the team in achieving shared goals
