Director Marine Installation

As the Director of Marine Installation, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic development within our Power Transmission business. You will lead the marine installation organization, ensuring seamless integration with large-scale turnkey EPCI project delivery, and continuously strengthening organizational capability, efficiency, and safety performance.

• Defining and executing the long-term strategic roadmap for marine installation operations within Power Transmission.
• Leading safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of marine installation activities across global EPCI projects.
• Managing the full operational and financial performance of the Marine Installation organization, including cost centers, operational budgets, and performance targets.
