About The Role

Join Nexans, a global leader in electrifying the future. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and execute engineering activities across all projects within the Power Transmission business group. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, manufacturing units, clients, and global stakeholders to deliver technically complex, high-impact projects. This role is primarily based in Halden or Oslo, with flexibility for partial home office.

Act as the technical lead and primary engineering point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring successful system delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring engineering deliverables are completed according to project timelines, budgets, quality requirements, contract specifications, and international standards.
Support project execution from early tender phase through project establishment, engineering execution, risk management, change management, installation support, and final project close-out, while maintaining compliance with Nexans’ internal standards and Project Execution Model.
