HR Business Partner (Blue collar)

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as an HR Business Partner at our Grimsås site in Sweden. In this role, you will support our blue-collar workforce and contribute to a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace. You will work closely with site management, first-line managers, union representatives, and the Swedish HR team. Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day operational HR matters, promoting health and safety, maintaining transparent industrial relations, and ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.

• Act as a trusted HR partner to site management and first-line managers within Operations, supporting day-to-day operational HR matters and longer-term people and organizational development.
• Serve as the main HR contact for union representatives, maintaining transparent and constructive industrial relations, and preparing for local union negotiations.
• Support and drive change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, contributing to workforce planning and ensuring effective staffing aligned with business needs.
