HR Manager NPAG / HR Country Coordinator Germany

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as an HR Site Manager and HR Country Coordinator for Germany. In this role, you will contribute to the business strategy, design and implement HR organization, manage talent supply and staffing, oversee performance management and compensation, lead leadership and talent development, ensure compliance with social and legal rules, and manage HR administration efficiency and payroll. You will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and local legislation in Germany.
