About The Role

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing. As a Junior Process Engineer, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes for wire and cable products, ensuring quality and competitive cost. You will work closely with production, assist in training development, analyze manufacturing processes, investigate engineering problems, and support quality assurance. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering are required.

Collaborate with production teams to create and implement procedures and Standardized Work Instructions.
Analyze manufacturing process capabilities, investigate engineering problems, and make recommendations for improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying cost reduction opportunities and implementing process enhancements.
