Maintenance Manager

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as a Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will manage the Fergus Maintenance Department, ensuring machinery and the facility are in good working order to meet production requirements. You will continuously improve maintenance performance, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will also be part of the Fergus Management Team and work closely with other functions of the plant.

• Manage the Fergus Maintenance Department to ensure machinery and the facility is in good working order to achieve production requirements.
• Continuously improve Maintenance performance in support of production, safety and productivity goals, and manage costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety as well as Environmental regulations, and be part of the Fergus Management Team.
