About The Role

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as an Operational Excellence Manager. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing performance, and support the transformation of our Erembodegem site in Belgium. You will analyze production methods, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.

Structuring, driving, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives with a strong emphasis on data-driven cost optimization.
Leading and coordinating improvement projects focused on increasing site competitiveness and reducing manufacturing costs.
Supporting production operations in achieving performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
