About The Role

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as the People Analytics & Social Reporting Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end social reporting process, partner with statutory auditors, and drive the design and improvement of the HR data ecosystem. You will also simplify the HR data ecosystem and integrate AI into the reporting cycle. This position requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a global HR Controlling/People Analytics/HRIS role and a strong understanding of various HR domains.
