Quality Assurance Manager

Join Nexans, a global leader in electrification. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will develop and implement a quality program to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards. You will lead the plant's Quality Management System, analyze quality performance metrics, manage customer and supplier quality issues, and mentor the quality team. This position is based in Trenton, Ontario.

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the plant’s Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Develop and oversee internal and external audit programs, ensuring effective execution, compliance, and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Analyze quality performance metrics, identify NCMR trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product reliability.
