Supply Chain Manager

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable and energy solutions, as a Supply Chain Manager at our Battipaglia plant. In this role, you will oversee integrated planning, lead the S&OP process, manage procurement activities, supervise logistics operations, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and European Supply Chain teams on group initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning, logistics, procurement, and S&OP within industrial or manufacturing environments, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English.

• Oversee integrated planning, including demand forecasting, production load analysis, and capacity alignment.
• Lead the S&OP process at plant level, coordinating inputs from Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Ensure material availability by managing procurement activities, stock levels, and supplier interactions.
