Apprentice People Analyst

Join Ki, a rapidly growing algorithmic insurance carrier, as an Apprentice People Analyst. Gain hands-on experience in various HR activities, including People Data & Systems, Reward & Benefits, People Operations, and Learning & Development. You will work closely with different parts of the People Team, using data to improve the colleague experience and support business decision-making. No prior experience in HR or data is required, but a genuine interest in working with data is essential.

• Maintaining accurate employee information, building reporting and dashboards, learning how data informs business decisions.
• Contributing to the team’s cyclical activities while handling employee information accurately and confidentially.
• Supporting employee processes, responding to queries and assisting with onboarding, payroll and people administration activities.
