Outwards Reinsurance Manager

Join Ki, the fastest growing syndicate in the Lloyd's of London market, as an Outwards Reinsurance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Ki's outward reinsurance placement activity across all lines of business. You will work closely with underwriting, portfolio management, brokers, and reinsurers to ensure appropriate protection structures are in place to meet business objectives. This is a specialist role with broad interaction across internal and external stakeholders and a strong focus on both operational delivery and analytical insight.

• Execute the outward reinsurance placement process according to the organization's guidelines and policies, ensuring comprehensive and seamless execution.
• Innovate and propose creative solutions to optimize the effectiveness of purchased outward reinsurance, seeking avenues to enhance value and improve outcomes.
• Generate outward reinsurance data and Management Information (MI) to facilitate business planning and strategic decision-making.
